Illinois Terminal three-bay covered hopper ITC 1655 stands at the Agway facility in Herkimer, New York, during the mid-1970s. Built by Thrall in 1972 as part of the ITC 1650–1749 series, the 100-ton covered hopper has a capacity of 4,750 cubic feet and carries the railroad’s distinctive yellow “Road of Personalized Services” livery. © Michael Fullerton
